1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 5n5n5 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing and using 5n5n5 at 5n5n5.org — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 5n5n5 mobile app — you agree to these Terms in full.

5n5n5 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 5n5n5.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 5n5n5, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in the Philippines and playing for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 5n5n5 platform.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

Only one account per person is permitted. 5n5n5 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings. If you discover you have more than one account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or account access with anyone. 5n5n5 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs because you disclosed your credentials to a third party.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5n5n5 requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. This is a standard requirement designed to protect players and comply with anti-fraud protocols.

You may be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (national ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, or equivalent).
• A selfie holding your ID, as requested.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name, depending on the verification tier required.

5n5n5 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held until documents are provided. KYC is a one-time process — once verified, future withdrawals are processed without repeating it unless there are security concerns.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5n5n5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5n5n5 supports Philippine bank transfers, online and mobile banking, and local e-wallets for deposits and withdrawals. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.

Regarding deposits:

• Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• 5n5n5 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts if we have reason to believe the payment was not made by the registered account holder.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are shown in your account's cashier at the time of transaction.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 5n5n5 account. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Processing times vary by payment method. 5n5n5 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but bank-side settlement times are outside our control.
• 5n5n5 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5n5n5 may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.

General rules that apply to all 5n5n5 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable requirements are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 5n5n5 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotions, or breach of these Terms.

6 Game Play and Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5n5n5 platform:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software, bots, or any automated means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any part of the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

5n5n5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to withhold any balance or winnings associated with the account pending investigation.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your 5n5n5 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (after satisfying applicable wagering conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

5n5n5 may suspend or close your account in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without contacting 5n5n5 first.
• Your request for self-exclusion under our responsible gaming tools.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5n5n5 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as partial compensation for losses incurred as a result of the breach.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Interruptions to service caused by third-party providers, network outages, or maintenance windows.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from the use of 5n5n5 will first be addressed through direct communication with our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
